وَالضُّحَىٰ
English Translation:
By the forenoon (after sun-rise);
اردو ترجمہ:
قسم ہے چاشت کے وقت کی.
وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَىٰ
English Translation:
And by the night when it is still (or darkens);
اردو ترجمہ:
اور قسم ہے رات کی جب چھا جائے.
مَا وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَمَا قَلَىٰ
English Translation:
Your Lord (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) has neither forsaken you nor hated you.
اردو ترجمہ:
نہ تو تیرے رب نے تجھے چھوڑا ہے اور نہ وه بیزار ہو گیا ہے.
وَلَلْآخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ لَّكَ مِنَ الْأُولَىٰ
English Translation:
And indeed the Hereafter is better for you than the present (life of this world).
اردو ترجمہ:
یقیناً تیرے لئے انجام آغاز سے بہتر ہوگا.
وَلَسَوْفَ يُعْطِيكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرْضَىٰ
English Translation:
And verily, your Lord will give you (all i.e. good) so that you shall be well-pleased.
اردو ترجمہ:
تجھے تیرا رب بہت جلد (انعام) دے گا اور تو راضی (وخوش) ہو جائے گا.
أَلَمْ يَجِدْكَ يَتِيمًا فَآوَىٰ
English Translation:
Did He not find you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) an orphan and gave you a refuge?
اردو ترجمہ:
کیا اس نے تجھے یتیم پا کر جگہ نہیں دی.
وَوَجَدَكَ ضَالًّا فَهَدَىٰ
English Translation:
And He found you unaware (of the Quran, its legal laws, and Prophethood, etc.) and guided you?
اردو ترجمہ:
اور تجھے راه بھولا پا کر ہدایت نہیں دی.
وَوَجَدَكَ عَائِلًا فَأَغْنَىٰ
English Translation:
And He found you poor, and made you rich (selfsufficient with selfcontentment, etc.)?
اردو ترجمہ:
اور تجھے نادار پاکر تونگر نہیں بنا دیا؟
فَأَمَّا الْيَتِيمَ فَلَا تَقْهَرْ
English Translation:
Therefore, treat not the orphan with oppression,
اردو ترجمہ:
پس یتیم پر تو بھی سختی نہ کیا کر.
وَأَمَّا السَّائِلَ فَلَا تَنْهَرْ
English Translation:
And repulse not the beggar;
اردو ترجمہ:
اور نہ سوال کرنے والے کو ڈانٹ ڈپٹ.
وَأَمَّا بِنِعْمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثْ
English Translation:
And proclaim the Grace of your Lord (i.e. the Prophethood and all other Graces).

اور اپنے رب کی نعمتوں کو بیان کرتا ره.
