تَبَّتْ يَدَا أَبِي لَهَبٍ وَتَبَّ

English Translation:

Perish the two hands of Abu Lahab (an uncle of the Prophet), and perish he!

اردو ترجمہ:

ابولہب کے دونوں ہاتھ ٹوٹ گئے اور وه (خود) ہلاک ہو گیا.

مَا أَغْنَىٰ عَنْهُ مَالُهُ وَمَا كَسَبَ

English Translation:

His wealth and his children (etc.) will not benefit him!

اردو ترجمہ:

نہ تو اس کا مال اس کے کام آیا اور نہ اس کی کمائی.

سَيَصْلَىٰ نَارًا ذَاتَ لَهَبٍ

English Translation:

He will be burnt in a Fire of blazing flames!

اردو ترجمہ:

وه عنقریب بھڑکنے والی آگ میں جائے گا.

وَامْرَأَتُهُ حَمَّالَةَ الْحَطَبِ

English Translation:

And his wife too, who carries wood (thorns of Sadan which she used to put on the way of the Prophet (Peace be upon him), or use to slander him).

اردو ترجمہ:

اور اس کی بیوی بھی (جائے گی،) جو لکڑیاں ڈھونے والی ہے.

فِي جِيدِهَا حَبْلٌ مِّن مَّسَدٍ

English Translation:

In her neck is a twisted rope of Masad (palm fibre).

اردو ترجمہ:

اس کی گردن میں پوست کھجور کی بٹی ہوئی رسی ہوگی.
