Al-Fajr - Ayah No.11
الَّذِينَ طَغَوْا فِي الْبِلَادِ
English Translation
Who did transgress beyond bounds in the lands (in the disobedience of Allah).

ان سبھوں نے شہروں میں سر اٹھا رکھا تھا.
