Al-Waaqia - Ayah No.69
أَأَنتُمْ أَنزَلْتُمُوهُ مِنَ الْمُزْنِ أَمْ نَحْنُ الْمُنزِلُونَ
English Translation
Is it you who cause it from the rainclouds to come down, or are We the Causer of it to come down?
