Al-Waaqia - Ayah No.59
أَأَنتُمْ تَخْلُقُونَهُ أَمْ نَحْنُ الْخَالِقُونَ
English Translation
Is it you who create it (i.e. make this semen into a perfect human being), or are We the Creator?
