Al-Anfaal - Ayah No.41
۞ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلَّهِ خُمُسَهُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَىٰ وَالْيَتَامَىٰ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ إِن كُنتُمْ آمَنتُم بِاللَّهِ وَمَا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَىٰ عَبْدِنَا يَوْمَ الْفُرْقَانِ يَوْمَ الْتَقَى الْجَمْعَانِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
English Translation
And know that whatever of war-booty that you may gain, verily one-fifth (1/5th) of it is assigned to Allah, and to the Messenger, and to the near relatives [of the Messenger (Muhammad SAW)], (and also) the orphans, Al-Masakin (the poor) and the wayfarer, if you have believed in Allah and in that which We sent down to Our slave (Muhammad SAW) on the Day of criterion (between right and wrong), the Day when the two forces met (the battle of Badr) - And Allah is Able to do all things.
اردو ترجمہ
جان لو کہ تم جس قسم کی جو کچھ غنیمت حاصل کرو اس میں سے پانچواں حصہ تو اللہ کا ہے اور رسول کا اور قرابت داروں کا اور یتیموں اور مسکینوں کا اور مسافروں کا، اگر تم اللہ پر ایمان لائے ہو اور اس چیز پر جو ہم نے اپنے بندے پر اس دن اتارا ہے، جو دن حق وباطل کی جدائی کا تھا جس دن دو فوجیں بھڑ گئی تھیں۔ اللہ ہر چیز پر قادر ہے۔
