Al-Jaathiya - Ayah No.2
تَنزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ
English Translation
The revelation of the Book (this Quran) is from Allah, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.
